Baseline Archaeological Services is a dedicated archaeological and heritage resource consulting firm based in the Comox Valley, BC. Since 2002, we have been committed to working collaboratively with First Nations, communities, industry partners, and clients across coastal British Columbia. Our work focuses on the protection, investigation, and respectful preservation of the archaeological record.
During that time, we have grown from a small firm to a full-service company of Archaeologists, Researchers, Project Managers and support staff. Our experienced team is equipped to support projects of all sizes and we take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality results from field to final report.
At Baseline, we prioritize long-term, professional relationships and support clear communication, practical solutions, and efficient project delivery. Our work contributes to a deeper understanding of the past while helping clients meet their regulatory and stewardship responsibilities.
Baseline operates across coastal British Columbia, where we investigate and document the connections between people, places, and material history. Our work supports responsible land use and development by helping clients understand and manage archaeological and heritage considerations with care, professionalism, and efficiency.
